Twizzy connects you with experienced people who can offer practical, one-on-one guidance based on what they know, what they have done, and what they have lived through.
Browse advisors by topic, compare their profiles, pricing, reviews, and availability, then book the person who feels right for you.
Find an advisor, choose an available session, and submit your booking request. Your advisor has up to 24 hours to accept it.
Your payment method is authorized when you book but is not charged until the session begins. After the session, you can leave a review, save the advisor, or book another conversation.
Twizzy advisors are professionals, specialists, mentors, and people with relevant real-world experience.
Advisors must complete identity verification before receiving session requests. Their profiles show their background, areas of experience, pricing, availability, and reviews so you can decide whether they are the right fit.
Identity verification confirms who an advisor is. You should still review each advisor’s profile, qualifications, and experience before booking.
No. Twizzy is an advice and mentorship platform—not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency support.
Advisors share perspective based on their experience and stated expertise. Twizzy should not replace a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional when one is required.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Twizzy is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.
You will need an account to request and participate in a session.
Each advisor sets their own rate. Prices may vary based on the advisor, session option, and length.
The complete price—including any applicable Twizzy fees—is displayed before you submit your booking. Twizzy does not require a subscription; you pay only for the sessions you book.
Your payment method is authorized when you submit a booking request. The payment is captured when the session begins.
If the advisor declines the request or does not accept it within the required time, no session payment is captured. Your bank may take additional time to remove a pending authorization.
Advisors have up to 24 hours to accept or decline a booking request.
If the advisor does not respond, the request expires and no session payment is captured. You can then choose another advisor or submit a new request.
Yes. A reschedule request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
The other person has up to 12 hours to respond—or until the session reaches the 24-hour cutoff, whichever comes first. Your original booking remains unchanged unless the reschedule is accepted.
Only one reschedule request can be active for a session at a time. Once the session is less than 24 hours away, rescheduling is no longer available.
Cancel at least 12 hours before the session to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. If the advisor cancels the session, you receive a full refund.
The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Report the issue through Twizzy Support as soon as possible. Include a clear description and, when relevant, a screenshot.
Twizzy can review the booking, payment, and available technical records. Depending on the circumstances, Twizzy may issue a full refund, partial refund, or account credit.
Your full profile is not publicly visible by default. An advisor receives only the information needed to understand and conduct your booked session, including any intake information you choose to provide.
Twizzy does not sell or rent your personal information. Payment information is processed through approved payment providers such as Stripe.
Sessions are not recorded without advance notice and consent. Any recording or AI-assisted feature that uses session content must be disclosed before it is activated.
Yes. You can block an advisor to prevent future contact and booking activity, or submit a report if you experience inappropriate, misleading, unsafe, or unprofessional behavior.
Reports are reviewed by Twizzy and may result in a warning, account restriction, suspension, removal, or refund where appropriate.
Open Support from your Twizzy profile or settings. Submit the subject of your issue, a description, and an optional screenshot.
You will receive confirmation and a reference number so your request can be tracked.
Twizzy gives you a platform to earn money by sharing useful knowledge, professional expertise, or relevant lived experience through one-on-one sessions.
You control your profile, pricing, availability, and the requests you accept. Twizzy handles discovery, scheduling, payments, session access, reviews, and support.
Twizzy is for people with meaningful knowledge or experience that can help someone make a better decision, understand a challenge, or move forward.
This may include professionals, founders, creators, coaches, operators, specialists, mentors, and people with valuable lived experience. Every advisor is subject to Twizzy’s eligibility requirements, identity verification, platform rules, and profile review.
Create an advisor account and complete your profile, including your photo, biography, tagline, areas of expertise, pricing, and availability.
You will also need to complete identity verification and connect an eligible payout account. Once your required information is approved, your profile can go live and begin receiving requests.
Yes. You can review the user’s first name, requested time, session details, topic, and any optional intake information before accepting.
You are not required to accept every request. Decline any session that falls outside your expertise, availability, comfort level, or professional boundaries.
You have up to 24 hours to accept or decline a booking request.
Responding quickly creates a better user experience and can improve your chances of converting requests into completed sessions. Requests that are not accepted within the required time expire automatically.
Advisors keep 70% of eligible session revenue. Twizzy retains a 30% platform fee.
Your expected earnings are displayed clearly so you can understand what you will receive from each completed session.
Yes. You control your session pricing and can update it from your advisor settings.
Your current rate is shown on your public profile and during the user’s booking process. Pricing changes apply to future booking requests and do not change the price of an already confirmed session.
Advisor payouts are processed weekly through Twizzy’s payment partner, Stripe.
Earnings become eligible for payout after the corresponding session has taken place. The time required for funds to reach your bank account may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, your location, and your account status.
The user’s payment method is authorized when the booking request is submitted. The payment is captured when the session begins.
If you decline the request or allow it to expire, the payment is not captured. This protects users from paying for sessions that were never confirmed or delivered.
You can manage your available days and times from your advisor settings.
Set recurring hours, open specific time slots, block dates when you are unavailable, and update your schedule whenever your availability changes. Twizzy displays sessions in the relevant local time zone to reduce scheduling errors.
Keep your calendar current. Availability that is inaccurate may create cancellations, missed bookings, and lower user trust.
At the scheduled time, open the session from your Twizzy calendar or notification and select Join Session.
Review the user’s optional intake information before joining, arrive on time, stay focused on the booked topic, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries throughout the conversation.
Yes. Submit the reschedule request at least 24 hours before the session.
The user has up to 12 hours to respond—or until the booking reaches the 24-hour cutoff, whichever comes first. If the user declines or does not respond, the original session remains scheduled.
Only one reschedule request can be active at a time. Rescheduling is locked once the session is less than 24 hours away.
When an advisor cancels, the user receives a full refund.
Twizzy understands that genuine emergencies happen. However, repeated cancellations or missed sessions may affect your profile visibility, reputation, eligibility for future bookings, or account standing.
Make your profile specific, credible, and easy to understand. Users should immediately know who you help, what you know, and what kind of conversation they can book with you.
Use a professional photo, write a strong one-line tagline, explain your experience without exaggeration, select focused expertise categories, maintain current availability, respond quickly, and deliver sessions users want to recommend.
A clear specialist usually converts better than someone claiming to advise on everything.
Yes. Share your Twizzy profile link through social media, email, your website, newsletters, podcasts, or professional communities.
The strongest acquisition strategy is to direct people who already trust your knowledge to a profile where they can immediately book your time.
Users who complete an eligible paid session can leave feedback about their experience.
Reviews help future users make informed decisions and help you understand where you are performing well. If you believe a review violates Twizzy’s policies, you can report it for review. Disagreeing with a user’s opinion alone does not guarantee removal.
Advisors must not harass users, discriminate, misrepresent qualifications, guarantee outcomes, pressure users into off-platform payments, misuse confidential information, or provide regulated services they are not legally qualified to provide.
Twizzy may investigate reported conduct and restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an advisor who violates platform policies.
Open Support from your advisor settings to report payout problems, booking issues, technical errors, inappropriate user behavior, or other account concerns.
Include relevant details and screenshots so the support team can investigate efficiently.
